Municipality of Mqaybleh is located in the Kaza of Aakkar one of Mohafazah of Aakkar kazas (disticts). Mohafazah of Aakkar is one of the eight mohafazats (governorates) of Lebanon. It's 141 kilometers (87.6174 mi) away from Beyrouth (Beirut) the capital of Lebanon. It's elevations is of 400 meters (1) (1312.4 ft - 437.44 yd) above sea level. Mqaybleh surface stretches for 1231hectares (12.31 km² - 4.75166 mi²)(2).
