The municipality of Bayssour is located in the Kaza of Aaley one of is one of the eight mohafazats (governorates) of Lebanon. Bayssour is 27 kilometers (16.7778 mi) away from Beyrouth (Beirut) the capital of Lebanon. It's elevations is of 750 meters (2460.75 ft - 820.2 yd) above sea level.
