Municipality of Borj Hammoud is located in the Kaza of Matn one of Mohafazah of Mount-Lebanon kazas (disticts). Mohafazah of Mount-Lebanon is one of the eight mohafazats (governorates) of Lebanon. It's 4 kilometers (2.4856 mi) away from Beyrouth (Beirut) the capital of Lebanon. It's elevations is of 40 meters (1) (131.24 ft - 43.744 yd) above sea level. Borj Hammoud surface stretches for 219hectares (2.19 km² - 0.84534 mi²)(2).
