The municipality of Aaytanit is located in the Kaza of West-Bekaa one of is one of the eight mohafazats (governorates) of Lebanon. Aaytanit is 79 kilometers (49.0906 mi) away from Beyrouth (Beirut) the capital of Lebanon. It's elevations is of 1050 meters (3445.05 ft - 1148.28 yd) above sea level. Aaytanit surface stretches for 1381 hectares (13.81 km² - 5.33066 mi²) .
