Mohafazah of North-Lebanon is one of the eight mohafazats (governorates) of Lebanon. It's 98 kilometers (60.8972 mi) away from Beyrouth (Beirut) the capital of Lebanon. - Project to support the policy of book and reading in Lebanon (Embassy of France)
This project will support the policy of the Ministry of Culture to encourage reading and use of books. Project approved by the Lebanese government and signed on 17 October 2006 by HE French Ambassador Emié, and Mr. Mitri, Minister of Culture. Its duration is 3 years. Its main objective is to improve access to books and reading for all with priority for youth.
